Whether I spent $10 or $10,000 is besides the point. I have never felt so unappreciated in my life. I understand if it was a small ma and pa type shop. Never in my life have I ever heard such nonsense. Again he stated that they don't do that and oh well for me. His reply, "well we don't return used clubs" I told him I didn't wish to actually return the item, I just want to return and rebuy so I can get the lower price. I the asked,"well why can't I just return it and rebuy it again under the sale price?". I bought it for $300 last week and once I buy it that's it that they can't change the price. The gentleman at the counter said that they don't do that. I went in this morning to get it adjusted. ![]() And he mentioned that I should bring in my receipt for a price adjustment since it was still within the 30 day return period. So while I was in there yesterday I was talking to a salesman and we go to talking about the driver. ![]() I bought my R1 driver there last week on Saturday 9/7 for $300. I don't make tons of money, but I wanted some nice equipment. That total just over $1,000 in under 2 months. From the receipts I've found it's over $160. Re-gripping my irons -$10 each x 8irons and 2 wedges = $100 I've spent a ton of money in a short time there. So I've been a pretty loyal and repetitive customer of the local EW since I started getting back into golf recently over the past few months. ![]()
